Hello. Welcome to “ImpeccableLeadership.com”.
My name is David Sawyer. I’m a business coach who helps leaders develop specific habits to lead and live with strong moral character. This ensures talent never trumps personal integrity, and success is bigger than any bank account.
What is the purpose of this site?
Encourage leaders to make personal character development their top priority.
Passionately Fighting for:
– Personal Character, Accountability, and Tough Daily Decisions
– Do Right, Become More, Expect More, Be More,
– Build Trust, Create Influence, Make A Positive Impact,
– Business and Entrepreneurs Make Good Things Happen
Vehemently Fighting Against:
Entitlement, Greed, Arrogance, The “any means necessary” Mentality of Crumby Leaders, Selfishness, Dishonesty, Deception, Impassivity, Short-cuts, Relative Behavior, Short Sighted Actions, Government Handouts, and Anti-Business Freeloaders
- At the end of the day, your personal character is priceless.
- Everyone benefits from hard work
- Christian Virtues are Timeless.
- Business helps people.
- Right behavior must be encouraged at every level of an organization.
- People rise to expectations, therefore expect more from yourself and others.
- Family is still the BIGGEST influence on culture.
You decide the nature of your personal character. Everyday we make choices. These add up to form who we are as individuals. Success is who you are – not what you do, how much money you make, or who you know.
Think Bigger – Success is who you are becoming. Become MORE.
Hi, I’m David
I grew up on the coast of North Carolina, graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and have managed to stay near the beach for the past twenty years. I’m a business coach who helps company owners with strategic leadership, management development, and employee training.
My expertise is in communicating the BIG Picture. As a Gallop Certified Strengths Coach I specialize in StrengthsFinder assessments. Over the years, I had the opportunity to consult in a variety of different industries including: fiberglass construction, steel fabrication, textiles, furniture manufacturing, compress gas cylinder production, wooden boat building, pharmaceuticals, and even pork-rinds!
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three kids. Jennifer and I met in college and love living in Wilmington. Our son Isaac is seven. He is a lot of fun and always reminds me that life is about the little moments. Our oldest daughter, Airlie is four and doing all she can to keep up with her older brother. Baby Ruby joined the crew in 2015, and we all could not be happier.
We are a family of beach bums. If the sun is out we are usually near water. Whether we are on the boat or at the beach we all enjoy the being near the coast.
